Booking and Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning?

Just send us an estimate request or text us so we can understand your needs quickly and give you an accurate quote.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for new clients. Recurring clients get priority scheduling and can often book with shorter notice.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes! Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No! Many of our clients provide a key, door code, or lockbox access. We'll lock up your home when we leave.

What are your hours of operation?

We clean Monday through Friday typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We're closed on weekends.

Services and Cleaning

What's included in a standard cleaning?

Every cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas—including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Visit our House Cleaning page for the full checklist.

What's the difference between regular and deep cleaning?

Regular cleaning maintains a clean home with consistent upkeep. Deep cleaning is more intensive: inside appliances, detailed baseboard work, behind furniture, grout scrubbing. We do not offer standalone one-time deep cleans; our first cleaning establishes your baseline, and regular service maintains it.

Do you offer one-time deep cleans?

No. We offer a first cleaning that includes deep cleaning to establish your baseline, followed by regular weekly or bi-weekly service. We do not do standalone one-time deep cleans.

Do you bring cleaning products?

We typically use products you already have in your home. If you'd like recommendations, Claudia is happy to suggest products that work well. Just let us know.

Can I request specific tasks or areas of focus?

Absolutely. Let us know your priorities when booking or leave a note for your cleaner.

Do you clean apartments, condos, and townhouses?

Yes, we clean all types of homes.

Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning?

Yes! Our move cleaning is comprehensive, starting at $250 based on home size and condition.

Your Cleaner

Will I have the same cleaner every time?

Yes! Consistency is fundamental to how we operate. You'll be matched with a dedicated cleaner who learns your home and preferences. If they're ever unavailable, we'll notify you.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes. Every team member undergoes thorough background checks before joining our team.

Can I request a different cleaner?

Of course. If you'd prefer a different cleaner for any reason, just let us know, no questions asked.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on your home's size, current condition, and cleaning frequency. We visit your home to provide an accurate quote.

What's the minimum price?

Regular cleaning starts at $140/hour. First cleaning and move-in/out services start at $250.

Why don't you list exact prices online?

Every home is different. We'd rather give you an accurate quote based on your specific situation than a generic range.

When do I pay?

Payment is due on the day of service, after cleaning is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Check, Venmo, or Zelle. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleanings?

Yes! Weekly clients enjoy better rates compared to bi-weekly.

Do you accept tips?

Tips are never expected but always appreciated. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaner.

Trust and Safety

What if something is damaged during a cleaning?

Accidents are rare, but if they happen, let us know within 48 hours. We'll work with you to resolve it.

How do you handle keys and home access?

Your access method (key, code, lockbox) is stored securely and only shared with your assigned cleaner. Keys are labeled with codes, never addresses.

Products

What cleaning products do you use?

We typically use products you already have in your home. If you'd like recommendations, we're happy to suggest effective products.

Are the products safe for pets and children?

Since we use your products, you have full control over what's used in your home. If you want recommendations for pet-safe or child-safe options, just ask.

Preparing for Your Cleaning

Do I need to declutter before you arrive?

We recommend clearing surfaces of personal items so we can focus on cleaning rather than organizing. The less clutter, the more thorough we can be.

What should I do with my pets?

For everyone's safety and comfort, please secure larger pets during cleaning.

What if I have fragile or valuable items?

Let us know about delicate items or areas to avoid. We're always careful, but advance notice helps.
